The Vineyard

Appellation: AOC Graves and Graves higher

The vineyard consists of 15 hectares of 5ha Red and White.

The estate produces wines regularly medalists.

Grape varieties:

For red wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

For white wines: Sauvignon and Semillon.

The soil: Limestone with a dominant sandy-gritty and beautiful serious plateau. Soil fertilization is achieved exclusively through compost.

Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare.

Graves Rouge:           441 hectoliters;

Graves Blanc:            196 hectoliters;
